JUST AN OPINION

I have this question in mind since season Ten of AI(american idol) since the beginning of the so Called ONLINE VOTING OF AMERICAN IDOL,at first it is quite questionable that the title of the show clearly states “AMERICAN” but how can anyone vote on Facebook, since this social network site is not limited to the West coast only but is being use by anyone all over the world. First impression: American idol is opening it’s doors to outside voting? and anyone could easily cast their votes on Facebook? the answer is yes, but with condition:

The show, however, also made clear that in all three modes of voting–toll-free, text, and online — only viewers residing “within the Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands” could have their votes casted.

But there is still one method that could be used, which is the online voting using one’s Facebook account. According to one Facebook user InterAksyon.com talked to, however, the site can still detect the geographic location of the user, so he was not able to cast his vote.

The producers of American Idol have not come out officially regarding this matter.

Votes from the Philippines affecting official results?
A website visitor says that Jessica Sanchez is getting lots of official votes from the Philippines, and that this gives her an advantage.

As stated below, people from the Philippines have been voting in this VoteFair American Idol poll. Fortunately those votes are easy to identify, and they are removed from this VoteFair poll.

As stated in last year’s comments, hopefully the official American Idol vote counters are also removing the votes from the Philippines. Keep in mind that at the time when someone (anywhere) votes online, they might not be notified that their votes will be disqualified later. This means that Philippine voters might be wasting their time without knowing it.

Very significanly, in this VoteFair poll, most of the votes coming from the Philippines have been in support of male contestants rather than Jessica Sanchez. Therefore, even if the Philippine votes are officially counted, they may not be having any significant effect.

I think the Producers of American Idol Isn’t stupid enough for this, they implemented prevention or FAIR-VOTE-POLICY.Even though american idol is screening online votes coming from everywhere, how can they know if someone is legitimate citizen of US? Anyone could change their Location on Facebook easy .one.. two.. three.. steps.. so that their votes could possibly infiltrate and their vote will be counted. I don’t think so Americans will be Americans, I think even though you have changed your location hence when you voted your hidden location address could easily be tracked I’m talking about you IP Address .

this is just an opinion: For easy understanding it is like this, Votes casted from online, phone call, texts and etc. are being filtered several times. online votes from other countries can easily be removed, that is why they used Facebook to prevent Fraud. they can easily removed those votes casted using the location. For example, I voted from Pluto, then my vote is segregated. As I said

Yes, even I can change my location, but not the IP address of the computer you are using and this information is also sent.

An IP address should be unique over a network. On the Internet, you never get two machines with the same IP address. Over a LAN as well, there should never be two machines with the same IP address. In case there are, then, packets won’t know exactly where to go. This is called IP conflict.

For IP, all machines on a same network will have the same left (network) part. The right side varies based on machines. For example, right now, I am writing this within a LAN. The LAN router’s IP address is 10.15.30.1; my machine’s IP address is 10.15.30.5 and my fellow LAN-mate’s IP address is 10.15.30.6. In this LAN, the network part is 10.15.30 and the machine part is the last quadrant. We can have a maximum of 256 machines on our LAN. Bigger networks have smaller network parts and bigger machine part, so as to accomodate more machines on the network.

I really don’t have anything against lady gaga, nor I am not taking side of what happening. Para maliwanag wala akong pag aalinlangan na si lady gaga ay mag tampok dito datapwat wala rin akong pinapanigan. Sa akin lamang ay Ano ba talaga ang masama na si Lady Gaga ay mag concert dito, for the first place ang mga kanta at music video ni Lady Gaga ay matagal ng umiikot sa ating bansa, matagal na itong pinakikinggan ng mga pilipino. Matagal na itong umiere sa Radyo, telibisyon at maging sa iba pang uri ng Media. 

I find it difficult to understand why we keep on bashing lady gaga? That she is bringing demonic symbols to our country? So in that case she cannot enter this realm of ours? Because we are condemning her for her Sin/s? Foolish thinking, I will ask you this question? Do you have no sin? or Did you not sin? Before you condemn other we must learn to understand or study our self first. 

 
When your faith is rooted deeply into you it cannot easily be uprooted by somebody. Root is like faith: root holds a tree upright whereas faith holds humans into its place. For easy understanding, Our faith is constantly being tested thru time it is up to us if we give up. Yes if even though Lady Gaga songs has negative things on it, it is up to us if we will be riding the flow upstream or downstream, but at the end of the day whatever decision we make we must take full responsibility to it.

You don’t have the right to say negative to anybody if you’re like that person also.

EDWARD A. QUIEPO
A person who is a workaholic and has proven that if you dreamed of something you can achieve it. I remembered when we were on our first years in UST, I remembered him saying “I will be become a president” and now he is the Neo-Centenial President of CTHM. Happy Birthday Edward :))

Last May 7 and 8, 2012, we had our very first Team Building at Caluag Laguna, Even though It’s short (I hope the team building lasted for three days and two nights.) And that very Moment you went there with these guys you’ll never regret it, and I tell you tons and tons of laughter you will be bringing home. 

We agreed to meet at UST at 7am SHARP at McDonalds, I arrived there 35 minutes before our agreed time. Poofs, as usual there are Late comers, salutatorian Is JAY he came 10 minutes late, and our valedictorian is MATTHEW he came 35 minutes late. hahahaha.

We journeyed for about an hour and a Half, to Caluag (From UST to Caluag) Lacson-Nagtahan-Osemeña-Quezon-South Luzon Expressway-Calamba-Los Baños-and finally we arrived at Caluag.

The resort is located just right beside a rice field, It’s a good place to have an event like this why? It’s away from our homes 

#Ate Pia Alfonso, Our Vice-President Internal, the Karaoke girl, I remembered she keeps on saying “Yes! Mag kakaraoke tayo” before the team building.

#Jay Armocilla, The Ever Talkative and the most funny guy I have met. LOL. You can’t just stop laughing at everything he talks about, “TAE NG PUSA” he is Regine Velasquez, Ogie, Jaya and whomever I may say he has a Phenomenal Voice for that matter. 

#Kuya Memi, The Big Guy with a Big Heart. I really hope you would meet this guy! around our college. He is a highly recommended friend.

#April Jean Santos, The Caluag song bird, hahaha best tandem with JAY in singing.

 

#Ate Patricia Verma Frances De Jesus, P.V. for short. It’s hard to pronounce her name at first but eventually you can. I’ll call her, The BIG MOMMA, why she’s like a Quadpolar Like me, hahaha, we laugh and we laugh and we laugh and we laugh.

#Marychris Delos Santos, The sweet voiced girl, I never heard her had a big voice, she was a calm all time.

#John Matthew Cagas, The Sous Chef, haha, he helped in preparing our meals and midnight snack. A.K.A. Scratch Boy and Outside Boy.

#Dianne Maligang (On the left), The Host, she/they own the place where we stayed, glad that she offered it :D, it was also her dad who ferried us to and from UST. Thanks! I will call here the Girl Who can’t be Moved.

DON’T SAT SORRY JUST MEAN IT.

Ito naman sa mga lalaki kalimitang nangyayari. Sorry ng sorry pero nauulit pa rin. Pagnakagawa ng kasalanan mag sosorry pero mauulit muli. Mahuhuli ng girlfriend na nag lalandi mag sosorry ma uulit muli. Maraming talagang nangyayari ganito misan hindi natin ito maiwasan at kung minsan sinasadya na natin ito sapagkat ang nasa isip natin ay “hindi nya naman nakikita kaya ok lang ito” o di kaya “sige na minsan lang to” Pero sa totoo lang dapat kapag tayo ay nag hihingi ng kapatawaran. Kailangan nasa puso na natin ito, at nasa isipang hindi na muling uulitin. Kapag tayo ay nag sosorry kailangan totoo ka sa sarili mo.  

Hindi katulad ng iba kapag nagsosorry ay pakitang tao lamang pero sa kaibuturan ng kanyang puso ay may galit at may tangkang mag higanti.  Sinasabi layunin ng pagpapaumanhin ay nangangahulugan pagkuha ng resposibilidad na ikaw mismo ang nagkamali at sinusubukan mong gawin ituwid ang mga pagkakamaling ito.Wag na nating patagalin pa kung ano man ang pagkakamaling ito dahil sa huli ikaw rin ang mag sisisi. At unahan mo na kaagad na sabihin sa kanya, kaysa siya pa ang makaalam nito.
